Quote of the day: "How come your apology was better than mine?" --Pacey, on Dawson's Creek

I am soooo happy! The computer lab in the library on campus now has Windows 95 and Netscape 4.5! Woo hoo! No more 3.1 for me! :-) Which also means that Java *finally* works in the labs, so maybe I can do some cool stuff to my webpages. It also means, however, that those annoying Netscape pop-up things are back. But for all the other benefits, I think I can live with that. :-)

I'm seeing Douglas in three days!!! I can't quite believe that. I don't know what I'm doing to do, or say to him when I finally get to see him again. And I actually have a front row seat for the show, which is going to be very cool. I think I've finally decided on a fourth show to see while we're in the city...there were four that were tempting, but as long as I can get a decent price, I think I'm gonna go see Cabaret. Not that my friend Laurie gave me much choice. I think she'd hate me forever if I didn't go. :-)

Other than that, life is pretty normal...I actually managed to finish all my assignments last week, so that's a big load off, even though I still have a ton of work to do before the end of term. I'll be so happy when this year is over! I had my first shift at work last night, and it didn't go too badly. I wouldn't say I really *liked* it, but I've come to expect that in my jobs. :-)

I think this guy I know has a crush on me...I'm not sure what to do about it. I'm not interested AT ALL, but I don't want to be mean to him or anything either. But he can be really annoying, and I just feel like I don't have time to deal with this now!

Speaking of crushes, apparently my little brother is in love. :-) I think that's too cute...he wanted to know what flirting involved. When my mom told him that smiling could be considered flirting, he became very concerned that he'd been flirting with people he hadn't meant to. :-) He's growing up, I guess!

Wow, I thought I'd have a bunch of stuff to say, but I guess I really don't. I likely won't update till after I get back from the trip, and then there will be LOTS to tell. :-) I had a dream that I met Anthony Warlow at Parade though...can I hope that's a premonition?? :-)
