Picture of the day:

So I'm back in Ottawa, as you may have guessed. School started on the 5th, so I'm already well into the swing of things. I handed in my two essays that were due, and now I'm just waiting to hear how horrible I did on them. :-) I don't think I'll really have much of a break between now and the end of term (except for reading week, obviously), but it's at least a little comforting to know that in 12 weeks I'll be done forever!
Just want to say that I'm thrilled to hear that Alison's mom is doing well. I hope she has a very speedy recovery!
It looks like I *will* get to see Doug in concert after all! For now, at least. :-) He's rescheduled for the weekend I was going to see him on before, and in the same area too, so I'm going to try to get to that instead. Yay!!
I'm also really excited 'cause Notre Dame is opening in Vegas in just a couple of weeks...I really wish we'd hear more about it though! I heard a clip of Doug as Quasimodo, and I'm dying to hear more about his performance. I'm getting the feeling that it's not going to be a full-length show though, 'cause they're doing two performances a night, one at 7:30 and another at 10:30. But it still sounds very cool, especially since Eric Bennyhoff (aka Timothy Eric Hart) is now playing Frollo!
It's raining outside. I think rain should be outlawed in the month of January. I really hope the temperature doesn't drop suddenly and we end up with another ice storm or something.
Anyway, that's about all of importance I have to say right now (not that any of that was particularly important...). I haven't had much time online at all lately, but I'm hoping to get some work done on the site soon. Happy Monday!
