Wow, this week has just flown by...probably due to the fact that I've spent the great majority of it in bed. :-) I still have a bit of a cold, though it's getting a LOT better. I've actually left the house today! Woo hoo! :-)
I'm actually likely going to have to cut this a bit short, as I'm expected over at the theatre shortly to make my plant for Little Shop. We all get to make a little miniature Audrey II, to use during our curtain call number and then to keep after the show is over. Apparently it's going to take an hour and a half...I'm a little concerned about that. :-) But we'll see how it goes!
There's also a presentation on campus tonight that I think I'm going to go to...the Russian ambassador is coming to present a film about the Hermitage, and since that's right near the top of my list of places I want to go in the world, I think I'll check it out. Nobody wants to go with me though. They all think it sounds boring. :-) There's also supposed to be a reception afterwards, which I'm hoping will include free food...anything free is always good!! :-)
And then after *that*, two of the cast members from Little Shop are going to be playing at a bar on campus, so Laurie and I are going to go watch...after Dawson's Creek, of course! :-) I missed it last week, but I hear it was just a repeat, so that makes me happy! We *still* don't have cable at my house though, so it looks like I'm not going to be able to see the A&E Scarlet Pimpernel movie! :-( I'll get my mom to tape it, but it will likely be months before I get to see it!
Anyway, I better get going if I want to make it there on time...so my apologies for the short entry, and I'll try to have something more exciting to talk about soon! :-)
