*deep, soothing breath* Alright. I will remain calm. Just because I am FINALLY going to get the chance to meet the most perfect man on the planet doesn't mean I have to make a *complete* idiot of myself at work. Just a few words: Anthony. Man of La Mancha. Australia. March 2002.
Here's my picture for the day:

I love him. :-)
Anyway, I've been very, very busy lately, so I don't even feel that guilty about not updating. I was home from the 16th till the 22nd, which was really nice. My sister's grad was good, and she looked beautiful in her dress - I'll try to get a picture up sooner or later. It was really good to just spend some time with my family too. My brother and I played a lot of Nintendo and basketball, and my mom and I just hung out together, so it was nice. Some of my cousins and grandparents were also down, so it was a big family affair.
And then, after getting home on Tuesday, I took off Friday again to spend the weekend with Alison in Gananoque. I now know a great deal more about Colin Firth than I ever thought I needed to know. ;-) It was a working holiday, actually, as we spent most of Saturday designing a website for her dad's new business....check it out at 1000islandsschoolofmusic.com.
And this weekend is the Tony's, of course. I'm going to meet up with Karen and Gill and go see Tim's latest show, and then we're going to have a little Tony party in Orangeville. Should be a blast! :-)

So much for updating more if I made it shorter! :-)
Just got back from a fabulous and exhausting weekend in New York. I saw three shows I hadn't seen before - Bat Boy, The Music Man, and The Producers. All three were really good! Bat Boy was very odd, but then, I was expecting it to be. Eric McCormack was great in Music Man, and everybody was great in The Producers. When will I learn that I CANNOT sleep on buses??
The weekend before we spent primarily in the garden. We dug up all the weeds and junk in the backyard and planted my vegetables and some flowers for Chris. It was a great day, perfect weather, everything going well, until a friend from work who had come over to help us, tripped and broke her foot, and we ended up spending the evening in the emergency room. This is the 3rd time in 3 years that I've ended up in the emergency room with somebody - maybe I'm bad luck?
I leave on Wednesday to go home for my sister's high school grad. It will be nice to be home, but I think it's going to be a stressful time too. I can't wait to see my mom.
93 days till Europe!!
