Picture of the day:

This week has just flown by...so much to do, so little time. I'm starting to get into the rhythym of school a bit more now, I think, except for the fact that I did no work all weekend. :-) But I'm enjoying my TV journalism class, which is a nice change, and none of the rest of them are too bad at the moment. That'll change come crunch time though. :-)
I've also applied for a couple of jobs, so hopefully at least one of them pans out. They're all webpage-design related, for different departments in the school. It wouldn't pay an awful lot, but it would be a job I could tolerate, and at least a little extra source of income, which I am sorely lacking at the moment.
I got my birthday package from my family the other day...they bought me a decent camera! Yay!! No more Ken Labey pictures! :-) I'll get to test it out on Saturday, I guess, when we go harrass Chuck at J&H. Alison is actually coming up for the whole weekend, so I'm very excited about that. And apparently there's a spare mattress in our basement, so she doesn't have to sleep on the floor! :-)
I can't remember if I mentioned this already, but I've taken on another mini-project for the year...I'm going to be the head publicist for our university production of "Hair", which is going up in March. I don't get paid for it, but it's one of those "experience" things. :-) This will actually probably be more useful to me than the Livent thing, simply because I don't think that booking appearances on the Rosie O'Donnell show are what most PR people do, as fun as that was. :-)
I also have to mention that I'm totally obsessed with Veggie Tales now, and with Larry the Cucumber in particular. Melanie told me about it a couple of years ago, but I thought she was just crazy. :-) But then I saw them for myself, and they're sooooooo cute! I especially love Larry...and the Hairbrush Song! If you haven't seen it, you don't know what you're missing. :-)
Alright, enough procrastination! I have to go read a Nietzsche article, and buy groceries so I can feed Alison this weekend, and plan my TV story. Fun, fun, fun. :-) Until next time!
