Picture of the day:

I'm going to write a journal entry now, because I want to think about anything other than the Nietzsche presentation I have to give in about half an hour. Ick. I would pretty much give anything to not have to do it. But I'm sure I'll survive. In what shape, I'm not sure. :-)
This whole week has been totally insane. We had our first TV newscast of the term yesterday, and it was stressful, to say the least. Everything worked out alright, but I'm sure it could have been much easier. At least the term's half-done...I have to keep telling myself that. :-)
My birthday came and went with little excitement...Alison and I saw Jekyll & Hyde here in Ottawa the night before, which was fun. I'm sure I found it much more amusing than I was supposed to. :-) Tonight I'm going to a production of "The Play's the Thing" at the NAC, and tomorrow Jackie and Laurie are making dinner for me, so I guess that will be my birthday celebration.
Also this weekend is the last show of Phantom in Toronto. I just heard that neither Laird nor Brian will be doing Raoul at the last show, so I'm not quite sure who I'm going to see. I was actually kinda looking forward to seeing Laird again, to see if he really is as bad as I remember him being. :-) I'm still not quite sure how this whole Paul Stanley as the Phantom thing will go, but I'll give him a chance!
I also have to say that the thought of spending 10 hours on a bus for a 2 and a half hour show is not appealing to me in the slightest at the moment. But I'm sure it will be worth it.
I got one of those webpage jobs I had applied for, so I'll be making a little extra money now. I'm not too sure when I'm going to have time to do it, but I guess I'll have to make time.
Anyway, I should go read over my presentation once more before I have to go to class. Wish me luck! And if I owe you email, I'm really sorry...I will try to write some on the weekend!
