Summary of our day: After a full Scottish breakfast in the castle, we drove out across the Highlands, through beautiful scenery to Eilean Donan Castle. We did the tour there and then went on to the Isle of Skye, where we were meant to stay at Neist Point lighthouse. However, when we got there, it was empty! So we returned to Portree and stayed at the hostel there instead.
